We create our own content, and behind every article, photograph and video are our travels, time and work. We are happy when our content is shared, but we also ask that you respect the rules governing how it may be used.

Unless stated otherwise for specific content, original material published on WandersKaty is protected under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Publishing our content online does not automatically grant permission for it to be copied, republished or used commercially.
Our content
These rules apply primarily to original content that we create for WandersKaty.
Travel stories, itineraries, guides, tips, destination descriptions and other original texts published on WandersKaty are protected content. Without our prior permission, entire articles or substantial parts of them may not be copied and republished.
Original photographs published on WandersKaty may not be copied, modified or republished without prior permission on other websites, social media, advertising materials, printed publications or other media.
Videos and other original audiovisual content created for WandersKaty may not be copied, downloaded for republication, modified or incorporated into other content without our permission.
Our original selection and arrangement of routes, itineraries, destination databases and their presentation may be protected by applicable rights. WandersKaty does not claim ownership of publicly known information, facts, place names or ordinary travel routes themselves.
Original graphics, illustrations, infographics, budget visualisations and other visual elements created for WandersKaty may not be reproduced or republished outside WandersKaty without prior permission.
The WandersKaty name, logo and elements of our visual identity may not be used in a way that could suggest that a person, product, service or project is part of WandersKaty, has been created in cooperation with us or is endorsed by us when this is not the case.
Sharing content
Would you like to refer to WandersKaty in your own article, post or other material? That is perfectly fine. Short quotations may be used where permitted under applicable law.
When quoting our content, we appreciate it if you credit WandersKaty as the source and include an active link to the specific page or article where the information originated.
Crediting the source does not itself replace permission where permission is required by law or under these terms for the intended use.
Without our permission
Copying and republishing entire articles or substantial parts of them.
Using our photographs, videos or graphics in advertising, commercial presentations or other commercial materials without prior agreement.
Republishing our content on other websites, social networks, applications, databases or other services in a way that substitutes for the original WandersKaty content.
Removing author attribution, watermarks or other information identifying the origin of our content.
Using our name, logo or content in a way that may falsely imply a partnership, cooperation, sponsorship or endorsement by WandersKaty.
Automated use
Without our prior permission, we do not permit systematic or large-scale copying, downloading, extraction or reproduction of our content for the purpose of creating competing databases, websites, services or copies of WandersKaty content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve our rights regarding the use of our protected content for text and data mining and comparable forms of automated processing unless we expressly permit such use.
This provision does not restrict uses of content that are expressly permitted by applicable law and cannot legally be excluded by these terms.
Important
WandersKaty may also display or embed content and services provided by third parties, including maps, videos, booking services, affiliate links, logos of cooperating brands and social media elements.
Rights to such content may belong to their respective owners, and its use may be governed by their own licence terms, terms of service or other conditions.
